My first post!!!!
I have ceremic tile throughout my house. You'll think this is crazy but I use my regina carpet cleaner with HOT water and Lemom Breeze Lysol Disinfectant. It's an all purpose cleaner and kills 99.9 percent of germs (I use to use straight amonia, but love this stuff). Anyway, the carpet cleaner is loud on the floors but, it works. I use it throughout my house everyday. Let me know if it works for you.
