Taz doesn't have that problem but recently over the Holidays I've noticed he does have a bit of anixety in the car. It could be that your baby isn't getting enough time out of the car. I would try sitting him in the backseat and placing a dark throw over his crate. Also make sure he's hydrated and fed. I also noticed when the music is too loud or if the window is down it may irritate them a little more. Hope this helps.
