Stress and trauma can take on a lot of different symptoms in dogs and he may be a bit confused and anxious about the changes in his life right now. If your parents are not use to him, that too will make him feel anxious and nervous. If the Vet. found nothing wrong, then just give him a couple of weeks to adjust to his new surroundings and life style.
