I could give you a few horror stories but won't. I get too upset just thinking about them. I would not go back to a groomer that cannot give an even cut. I won't leave Gracie at any groomer's that expect her to sit there for hours at a time. I also won't take her to a chain groomer. If you take him to a groomer again I would take my time and find a professional groomer that has experience grooming Yorkies. Take your time and shop around and visit the place ahead of time for an inspection. References would be helpful as well.
