Ok I've been guilty of skipping out on the group
I'm coming back. I don't need to lose weight, but definitely need to get in shape and be healthy :P
my goal: 10k or longer entry in the Bluenose Marathon this summer, I'd love to make it to the half, but something tells me thats toooo ambitious. And to not die in the new yoga classes I started today, they are more advanced than the usual, and I ache and pain in places I didn't know existed.
My goal, loose about 5lb of fat, and gain 5-10lb in solid muscle. I may still be my skinny high school self, but there is absolutely no tone anywhere on my body, and each year it's getting harder and harder to maintain.
