I'm not sure of all the past details but i'm assuming she had LP surgery? Do you know which method they used to fix her knee? If it was the fishing wire method, and she had this done on November 16 then she should be just about healed now at 7 weeks and 2 days. Has she jumped on or off anything lately? ran up or down stairs? fallen or slipped? rough play session? It may be bothering her because of PT yesterday or if its really cold today that could be bothering it as well. Before the limp was she using her leg normally or she is still toe-touching or lightly putting it down?
It may be nothing to worry about if she's just tired from yesterday or effected by the weather but then again it could be something. If I were you I'd crate her for the rest of the night so she rests that leg and then she how she is in the morning. If its still bothering her then I'd take her in for a recheck to make sure the surgery site is ok.
