Hi, I would definitely recommend having your vet examine and diagnose as it could be anything -- acne, bug bites, ....Romeo had some "bumps" on his back last summer and the vet assured us it was acne and nothing to worry about. With frequent cool baths and cooler weather I've noticed less of an outbreak.
