It seems like acne anyways. My 4yr old just popped up with a LOT of these weird bumps on his back. They just appeared seemingly overnight. He doesnt seem itchy but when i itch him on the bumps he definatly likes it a lot. What should I do? Should I be concered? I gave him a bath to see if that would help and its been a couple days now but it doesnt seem better or worse. Just wondering if theirs an easy fix before I spend more money at the vets
