Aw your doggies are so cute. To answer your question, yes Jazzie looks all Yorkie to me. Her coat looks silky to me. I bathe my Yorkies once a week. It will take a several months to grow out her chopped hair. Gracie (was a rescue) is 3 and just getting her adult coat. I use Fresh Dental gel for Gracie. Rubin and the pups I use a spray, water additive and brushing. I will not restrain Gracie to brush her teeth, that upsets her and me. It took months to be able to fully groom her.
