At 12 weeks Louie's ears were up.About a month later, the tip of one ear flopped .The breeder told me shaved the tip and it will stand up. It worked. Also, when they are teething sometime they will go down, which is what happened with Louie. I have also was told taping, but did not need to. Louie's ears were up at 5 months. Louie stopped growing around 11 to 12 months.
