Anytime! Nutritionally challenged pups ears will flop, and pups with erect ears, when teething, their ears may flop, due to the teeth coming in. Some pups ears don't stand till later in puppyhood, like 8-12 months. Not meaning that all dogs with floppy ears are nutritionally challenged...lol.
