Yep, I got it from E-bay, actually. It came brand new with tags, well wrapped in tissue paper, too, and fast as lightning. lol
They sell these in XXS, XS, S, M and L with measurements at the bottom of the page, too.
You might want to measure Ralphie just to see what his measurements are. It was just a rough 'guesstimate' on size when I said 4 lb. There is a measurement chart on the picture I attached, too. :]
It actually comes in this hot pink color I got for Bella, and a really bright aqua blue color.

I just LOVE it, and I ordered a Small in the aqua for Brussels...since he tolerates outfits better and doesn't seem to mind them.
When I click on that link it looks like they're still available and they have several in stock.
