My spouse is especially stressed if there are no improvements in the next 48 we will bring her to another vet

I know if this was my dog, there is no way I would wait another 48 hrs. If it is something neuro, waiting that 48 hrs could cause more damage. I would take to the Vet Specialist ASAP.
