I did check with the vet and they said it would be fine. They sell the homeopathic remedies for anxiety, but not itch relief in their office. So I ordered it. Since she still started itching and scooting again today, I am visiting them for a long talk about how long this has been going on and what else can we try. I think she needs to try a different cortisone. (And before anyone gets started on the cortisone, she takes the lowest does possible to make her comfortable. It's the quality of her life that is most important to me. I want her happy and loving-not itchy and miserable.)
