No, that dog was not actually talking
... but it was pretty funny, and that was the point.
BTW, I have a yorkie that does talk - for real. My Gellica says "Out" and "I Love You", but she is pretty shy, and everytime I grab the camera to try and catch her talking, she stops.
People have heard her over the phone though, and actually believed it was a person speaking.
