Honey is ok, but I prefer to use Nutrical for hypoglycemic episodes (which this sounds like). Since it sounds like you have a puppy, you need to make sure that she is eating enough, and don't wake her up to play if she is sleeping. Puppies need to rest and a small yorkie could get lethargic very fast from too much play. I would limit playtime to 10-20 minutes at first. You should only give the honey or Nutrical if she seems lethargic, as giving it to her all the time may make her dependant on it or even raise her sugar levels.
