Lightbulb Signalling my migranes?

I've started to notice a pattern. Usually Lola is just fine chewing her toy under my desk when I'm at home or laying by my side, but there are times where she becomes unusually needy. She absolutely will not settle for anything other than in my arms or lap and refuses to leave me alone. She refuses treats or toys all she wants is mama. Then a few minutes later I start developing a migraine. I get them 2 to 3 times a week, sometimes triggered by my ridiculous caffeine use (I admit I'm beyond dependent and into real addiction). Is Lola signalling my migraines and telling me "Mama its time to lay down you're gonna have owies in a bit". She wont leave me till they're over too. Maybe I should have her registered as my Therapy/Service dog lol. Would be useful since my migraines are so bad I cant drive or move. Not sure if this is a big thing or not though. She does paw at my face when she does this so I think its her telling me something.
