I would not leave my dog overnight in a hospital unless there was staff there monitoring him. I'd ask the vet who will be monitoring my dog if I leave him. If they say no one, then insist on taking your dog home. Both my males were neutered in the morning and home by 4 or 5 PM where they recovered at home w/ the family.
