I know from experience that it is actually very common for dogs to get stressed from boarding , grooming, or other new situations and have blood in their stool. IT can happen after only 1/2 hr or less of stress. We actually have an aggressive small breed dog, who gets so stressed from coming to the vet, that within 5 minutes of being there, when we go to do his toe nails or vaccines, etc, he poops all over and it already has blood in it. And he never has blood in his stool at home. Obviously there can be many other serious reasons for blood in stool. But from the sounds of it your little girl has had it after being in a new situation/ playing with another dog. So it can definitely be from too much excitement/stress.
