I am on my way to the fridge for Blue Bell Orange Sherbet!!! I love their Orange Sherbet - very sweet and creamy. I bought 2 small Valentine hearts with 4 chocolates each in them today at the Dollar Store - they are for next week when serious Rehab starts. The first 6 weeks after hip surgery, my doc doesn't have you do much in the way of PT other than some ROM and mild strengthening as the implant and soft tissue stabilize and scar but after 6 weeks, PT gets serious. I have to go to PT 3 x weekly and get really flexible and strong. I'm going to need chocolates.
