Congratulations on your new little one, and it is very kind of you to take her in. I agree with everyone else, take her in for a complete once over at your vet, and if you can get the medical records from the previous owner, that would be a great help to your vet.

The bumps can be something simple, or not. Only a vet can tell you for sure. Again, congrats on your little girl!
