Hi, welcome to YT and congratulations on rescuing your new baby.
It's definitely worth taking her to the vet for a complete physical and especially to have the "bumps" checked. My Romeo gets occasional bumps and the vet said that his are the equivalent of human acne and nothing to worry about. With that said though, you can't make any assumptions -- your vet is the best expert.
