Ha ha. Same here. No joke, I was scared to death that night. I couldn't even go to the bathroom with my DH and a gun.
It is a horrible feeling. On top of taking $40,000 worth of my stuff they destroyed my house which was less than 6 months old.
But I did get a security system installed since then and I also learned how to shoot a target shot the size of a quarter. But some things you just can't replace that they took.
That is what I hate. 4 years later and I am still not over it. Hate it. Joe Horn can be my neighbor. Tell him to come on. The sad thing is the poor girl in your post will probably feel violated as well. Be on pins and needles. What an awful feeling.
