My Tibbe seems to get very energetic with cold weather and will simply stay out running and playing until I MAKE him come in. He's maybe somewhat lethargic in the hot summer when the temp is over 100 - maybe he doesn't play quit so hard outside, but when it is cool or cold, he's a ball of energy. You might get her thyroid function checked among other things.
