Might want to have the vet check for LP (luxating patella). Very common in small breeds. There are 4 different grades - some require surgery, some do not.
Also, always like to throw out all possibilities, my Jackson began limping one day randomly and we found out he tested positive for Lymes disease. Crazy, right? 30 days of antibiotics and 7 days of pain meds, he was walking normal within the first 5 hours of medicine. |
