May I disagree with you here......if you type "I win" then that is a final statement which closes the conversation.
The phrase I am winning is the present tense.
The phrase "I won" is the past tense.
Now you can "win" a race or event. You could say something like...."I will win this race"
If you have run the race and won you can't really say " I win this race " you would say "I won this or that race"
You could ask "who do you think will win"
But once the event has happened then the "win" changes to "Won" this is just basic grammar.
So to come in here and post "I WIN" makes the statement a little silly unless it is the end of the race/competition when as you cross the line you could yell out....."I WIN" but the correct grammar would be "I Won"
I never profess or claim to have won or win as being the last person to post by definition and the rules of the thread I would be stating the obvious and I have my own opinion of people who insist on stating the obvious......lol
