If he is 4 years old, I would recommend neutering him. You do run a risk of having health issues leaving him intact including testicular and/or rectal cancer(yes learned about that one years ago from a grooming client with an intact Shih Tzu), prostate cancer and/or inflammation, urinary issues. |
