I agree, I think that the wipes are a rip off! Way over priced for one. And they don't clean very much at all. Take's lots of them to do the trick. I also just use the wash cloth to clean, eye's bootie, feet, etc. Between his bathes. As for the ears, I have never used the drops, so I don't know, I just use a special q-tip made for babies, it has an extra wide tip so you cant stick it in there too far and hurt him.
