Sometimes I think why don't they just get a life - its fun & they look cute. She had that fancy dress on a few weeks ago at a therapy dog visit and another lady with her dog looked down at Heidi and told her she felt sorry for her & was embarassed for her that I made her wear it.
I just laughed and said, "Oh, she loves to wear her dresses" and she does. And yes, I think it really does help people see her and not step on her, and it brings out an awful lot of smiles!
