I don't think they come in X-Small. At least the typical ones they show in stores, but they do have a different variation of the jersey that is sold at a lot of online football fan stores. I found this ravens jersey for a doggy in an XS at

It's not the same one you see in stores but it's just as good and comes in an XS. I don't know why they make 2 different kinds of each teams jerseys for dogs but luckily they do cause the other one runs big. These aren't as big and they have more options as to size. I am planning on getting Geno a Steeler one of these in an XS but I was just waiting until he got fully grown so I didn't end up having to buy two in case he grew out of one. For now, he wears a little steelers shirt I found at one of our sports stores.
