My hubby always made fun of him for that! He was small for his age but not as drastic as portrayed in the picture...He had a growth spurt and thankfully the legs sort of caught up~~but still short for his body (my hubby thinks he's 12% dauschund--don't ask where he got the 12% as I am still trying to figure it out)
