What a wonderful picture! Such smart pups they are. But I do know a bit about being laid up. I was for 6wks. Surgery on ankle. Big cast et al. Nothing as serious as your hubby's fracture though.
I did go stir crazy!. Reading, TV, and when I could move well enough, I laid on tummy on bed in garden room beside patio doors, and threw the toy for the pups to fetch.
