Joey's breeder said don't take him for walks untill 2 weeks after his last set of shots, has she had all her shots yet? Joey didn't really like to walk in the beginning either, it was like walk 10 feet, carry 10 feet.
I'm with Yorkiedaze, a size 2 buddy belt will cost at least $40.00, and may not fit very long. You can't be sure at this point your dog won't be over 4 pounds. There are lots of really nice harnesses at PetSmart that are less than $15.00, and if your on a budget that may be the way to go. That said, if money is no object, go for it, I love the Buddy Belt!
