You are most welcome! I'm so glad that you are going to mull over this a bit. Research more, that at least is free.

I do have a suggestion for the "running" feet - when kids are home - puppy is in the playpen. Keeps everyone safe Put potty pad on one side - blanket/bed for sleeping on other side. Then when kids are at school-you can play with puppy.
Your children can be taught the Yorkie shuffle . That means when you start to move you just shuffle your feet along to be sure no pup is underfoot

Here is my advice; I think you are just moving in to a new home. Get settled, research lots more. And you are right you need to be able to spend the time to research all the health issues, and how to question the breeders about the health of their breeding lines. Where to look up that information on line etc.

Also gives you more time to set up your puppy bank account.
