Well I guess, what I'd want to know is a) if the surgeon was board certified orthopaedic surgeon b) number of years of surgical practice and c) how many todate LP surgeries has he done on toy breeds. Then all else being in order; any complications during surgery? Were there co-existing other arthritic changes in the knee joint? What age was neutering done, if it was done at all.
