 My Bella is Sick
Hi Everyone,
I need some advice. I'm really concerned about my 3 yr. old Yorkie Bella. A few weeks ago she developed this rash on her belly and had blood in her stool. I brought her to my animal hospital and she was given some medication. The rash has gone away but she hasn't gone to the bathroom (#2) in a few days and I'm really concerned. She does pee though regularly. She has been eating mostly rice and a little bit of chicken. Every now and then she'll eat her regular kibble but not much.
What's weird is she's acting normal - jumping, playing, and being her lovable self. She isn't in any pain from what I can tell. Any thoughts on whether or not there's a problem? I have called her vet who hasn't called me back yet. I'm just a concerned parent.
