POTTY PATCH UPDATE- no Customer Service due to the holiday. Woke up this morning only to find a shipping notification with a UPS tracking number and them shipping all kinds of stuff I never ordered !! Sat on hold for almost a half hour this morning till I got a human and she 'cancelled' my order immediately. Uh, how can it be cancelled 'after' it has shipped? Said I would receive an email confirmation but it's two hours later and guess what?
I've read good and bad reviews about this product. I am leaning towards just continuing with peepads because they dont sit all day brewing that nasty urine smell.
I will NOT buy this product direct from the "manufacturer?" because IMHO, their site is intentionally designed to confuse and scam people. I dont think I will be responding to any TV offers in the near future if this is the way they are conducted.
