I agree with Yorkiedaze, keeping them comfined to a small area is best, at his age, he doesn't need a large world and at 10 wks he's just a baby and it will take time and patience. My Chloe was easy and pad-trained at 4 mos. But, Willow was not trustworthy until she was a full year old. They are all different and learn at their own pace. Good luck and hang in there.
