I agree, sounds like puppy teething. Replace fingers and hands with something appropriate to chew on. If you give a toy, like a Kong, or some kind of natural chew, supervise closely. Puppy teeth can pierce many things easily creating a hazard. I had to use the black "Extreme Kong" for Max.
