I love the regular neck hole puppia harness, but will never use the step-in puppia ever again. ZoE got out of her step-in puppia twice. The first time I thought it was just a fluke and maybe it wasn't fastened right, but the very next time out, it happened again.
The step-in was fine as long as she was in front of me walking forward, but when she turned around (so she was facing me) and backed up, the harness slipped right over her head.
I love the regular puppia and matching leashes & have quite a few sets.
