We just went though a lot of itching and licking...finishing up a round of cortisone. I am going to try a homeopathic remedy and look for the MIssing Link Powder at Petsmart. Latte had fleas really badly and we've finally got a handle on it. I will keep her on good flea meds now for sure! I also wipe her paws with unscented baby wipes when she comes in of the grass. I think she actually likes it. I have used hydrocortisone cream-it's not too bad, but I didn't see much difference. As a person with skin problems myself, I sympathize and try to be grateful when the itching is down to about 10% of her day. |
