I am not judging you... just the symptoms your dog is showing... they may be life threatening.
I agree with Cathy. The head bobbing makes me nervous too. My Max has head bobbing seizures which do affect his neurological system. If you can't get to the ER vet tonight definitely go to your regular one ASAP. I don't think you'll find a home remedy for this.
