I guess you don't know because you haven't been here long enough but this has been the picture for a while. The dog doesn't have "devil eyes" it's just a reflection of the tapetum lucidum.
Nonetheless, for a short while they had another picture (of the same dog) with a little halo because he passed away.

I like the picture, it's cute! It reminds me of everytime I get a good pic of my dog I always get eye shine...
