I wouldn't put neosporin on it unless you put an E-collar on your pup to prevent licking. Instead, use pure organic coconut oil. I like Nutiva from the Vitamin Shoppe because it doesn't contain any preservatives or unwanted additives and thus works better. It's safe if your pup licks it.
Get in to see the vet to make sure the spots aren't anything serious.
