Chicken Soup is a very decent food, IMO.

It IS a Diamond food, and some are cautious about Diamond products. But I think it's a good price for a decent food.
I also think RC is a decent food but the prices are completely outrageous, IMO. I feel you can find better products, or equal products, for a lot less money.
I like Acana and get a 5.5lb bag for $14.99 and it lasts us a little over a month (eating 3/4 cup per day). Taste of the Wild was around $10 for a 5lb bag and I also was paying $10.99 for 5lbs of Fromm.
Fromm and Acana are my personal favorites.

Both foods are manufactured in their own facilities. I think Fromm is amazing in how they run business and it's a very small family owned company who has a lot of pride in their food - which I love.
But those on a budget, TOTW and Chicken Soup could fit the bill.
