unfortunately YES, is called "SILENT HEAT" and it happens, boys mature in toy breeds about age 6 months and on, same with females, if she accepted him is almost a sure thing she is ready to accept a male, you can take her to the vet and explain what happen and have an emergency spay, that way is sure that you will not wind up with babies.
