Can an 8 month female be in heat without bleeding, and can she get pregnant?

Unfortunately I was dog sitting a female (8 months), there was no indication she was in heat, no bleeding or anything, out of nowhere my yorkie (also 8 months) started humping her and they locked. By the time I realized what was happening, I couldn't do anything

Now of course I am worried she might be pregnant, but they are both so young, and it was very brief.... OMG this sounds so teenaged
