look @ some rescue sites or put an ad in the paper (there are a few people out there who got pups for Christmas who decide not to keep them). However, as mentioned before Yorkies are expensive to keep. One you'll probably have to have some of there baby teeth pulled around 6 month, and of coarse you'll want to get it fixed about that time also. Then since yorkies are prone to weak teeth there is that twice a year cleaning by the vet, which they do knock them out for.
