It sounds like your neighbors need to GET a life of their own. You might want to ask some of the other neighbors if it comes to an HOA meeting if they would be willing to speak on your behalf, you might also want to check into a lawyer,be sure to read all of the rules of your HOA so you will be well educatated as to what is in them.
It is a shame that there are people that have alot of money and dont know what to do with it or themselves. They could be giving back to the community in so many ways sens they obviously have time.
As for your baby,leave the tv on for him. maybe make him a place at a back window so he can see out that way. |
