Personaly...I think your dog should be put down before she really hurts a person.
Dog aggression is one thing that can be cured with a simple crate and rotate schedule and constant monitoring. But Human Aggression shouldn't be tolerated in almost any dog breed.

Have you exhausted all options? A brain scan, thyroid test, hiring a trainer? If you have and the problem is still happening your safest/most responsible option is to 1. put the dog down. or 2. keep the dog away from EVERYONE. this means the dog is only allowed out when you are home to supervise it's every move and if you have company the dog is kenneled. Dedicate a room to your dog.
